Baby Laundry and More Drop Ship Guidelines

Drop ship orders must be placed at www.babylaundryandmore.com.  The ship to address field is for the customer’s address.  Please write “drop ship” in the comments section to avoid order under minimum order deletion.  All drop ships will be charged a $5.99 handling fee.

Please note: The order will be sent to the address placed in the “ship to” field.  A credit request for shipping charges will not be approved for an incorrect address.

Drop Ship Refunds:

Credit will be applied to an account for cost of shipping, handling fee and product if a customer receives a defective product.  A credit request email to amycameron@babylaundryandmore.com must be sent within 30 days of order shipment with the invoice number, name and size of product, description of defect and total amount to be credited.

A credit request will not be approved for any reason other than product defect.

Baby Laundry and More and its employees are not responsible for any direct or indirect customer service that pertains to a drop ship order.  Any re-shipments to a customer must be placed through Baby Laundry and More’s website and it will be filled in the usual order of fulfillment by receipt.
